Unless otherwise indicated for third-party software components or official reference data, the rights to the original software and proprietary content remain with Luca Cocco. Use of the app implies acceptance of these terms.

License and operating limits

• The app is licensed, not sold, and may be used only on compatible devices.
• The results of calculations, associations, archives, and internal tools serve as operational support only.
• The user remains responsible for entered data, the professional use of results, and final verification.
• Official labels, technical sheets, supplier documents, and applicable rules always prevail.
• App features, data sources and components may be updated over time.

Use of the app does not transfer ownership or reuse rights in the original software, does not constitute professional advice, and does not create any approval by FAO, MASAF, the European Union, or other third-party entities.

User responsibility and final verification

The app is designed to support organization, consultation, and calculations related to recipes, menus, ingredients, food cost, and operational archives. It does not replace the user’s final professional judgment. In cases involving labeling, allergens, fish nomenclature, prices, taxes, technical data, or regulatory compliance, the user must always verify the actual data against official product documentation, technical sheets, supplier documents, and the rules applicable to the specific case.

Official sources, data reuse, and contacts

The app may locally reuse, reorganize, or present official and reference data, including FAO areas, EU allergen references, and Italian fish species names. Such content remains subject, where applicable, to the respective sources, reuse terms, and legal notices. Its presence in the app does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, approval, or certification by the institutions concerned.
